Netflix South African Original series Blood and Water is a high school category series with a lot of diversities in it. The series genuinely reflects the cultures, aspects, political situation, music and religion of the Africans. The series follows the trails of mysteries and thrills which keeps the user hooked throughout the series. Blood and Water is slow pace in the beginning, but develops with the perfect blend of drama, love and mystery. The production quality is excellent which includes perfect cast scenes and great story. The series is extremely worth binging.

Story line of the Series:
As one more year passes since her sister’s disappearing, Puleng shoulders her people’s trouble and breaks for an example of satisfaction with a twist. Netflix have officially confirmed the second season for Blood and Water. Netflix announced the news through the video where show-runner and director Nosipho provided the news to the cast members. Also, the names of cast members are announced in the following announcement video. However, the release date has not been given. Due to corona pandemic, the production has to face delay. Keeping all in mind, the second season is expected to be available for streaming from the last quarter of 2021 or the beginning of 2022.
